“I teach major subjects such as Fundamentals of Management and Organisation Science at the Public Governance. Within these classes, we first get to know the basics of effective management, and then discuss with students what is the management of non-governmental, commercial and public organisations. The purpose of the Public Governance is to educate students, who in the future, will take positions in the public sector or in the non-profit sector. Therefore, such knowledge and understanding the importance of good governance, is essential for these organisations to be successful. Moreover, during my classes, I put an emphasis on the development of critical thinking, which is why classes are based on interaction with students, discussing case studies and team work.
